The Bridge School是一间在1986年成立的特殊儿童学校，创办人之一是Pegi Young，也就是Neil Young的太太，Neil Young的两个儿子都是不会说话及站立的智障儿童。
1986年的The Bridge School Concert是第一屈，1987年停了一年，跟着从1988年开始就每年都会举行这个专为The Bridge School筹款的演唱会，这二十多年来出席过演唱会的乐队和歌手有很多，当中就有不少都是我们熟悉的Superstar。
