Inside a dirty prison is packed with a couple new prisoners. A tall and robust prisoner called Lee Kwan is showing off his killing skills to the others. Everyone was shocked by the crimes that Lee Kwan has committed except for thin and weak young man. Lee Kwan stars yell at the young man. But the young man does not react. Lee Kwan get angry and wants to penetrate the young man in front of the group. The yong man finally reacts; with only one it he hokds Lee Kwan by the throat. At the same time everybody realised that he is the scial killer Lam Shu Bill when the police called out his name.
Bill then tells the others about all this thirteen murder cases. But Bill still belives that if the did not all in love with the ourteenth targer. he would not be caught.
