A strain of ebola, apparently transmitted by an infected African monkey , is starting to sweep across the country. A yooung doctor has a recet promotion at the world - famous Centers for Disease Control. Investigating unusual similarities between many of the victims, and she escalates unknown disease to the world's most dangerous, incurable virus.

Meanwhile she discovers a conspiracy amingst senior hospital administrators and doctors, who don't seem to want her top stop the disease. But she won't give up her pursuit?..
