Taxi-driver Billy is hired by john to drive for a local bad guy just out of prison Jason. Jason is bitter that his friends and colleagues have got rich while he was in prison. John also owes Jason a favor and reluctantly agrees to organize a shipment of drugs for him to sell. Jason takes delivery of destroy tablets that will make him fortund. To celebrate he takes Billy's friend Suzy to a beach house - popping the pills as they go. There is something wrong with the tablets though. Suzy throttled to death. Billy is given the job of disposing of Suzy's body. He now realizes that he is in far too deep, but jason has no intention of letting him go.
