So-ryong is the delivery man of a Chinese restaurant in a small town. A big fan of the legendary Bruce Lee, he practices every day hoping to become like his idol one day.
Once while going to the barbershop to have his hair cut like Bruce Lee, he gets acquainted with the naive half-breed girl Ok-ran from Mainland who works in the hair salon to earn money. However, shortly afterwards, Ok-ran is fired by her arrogant boss. In her attempt to find another job, Ok-ran runs into the trap of a swindler who promises young innocent girls that he can turn them into TV stars and cheats her out of her money and virginity. After Syo-ryong hears of this, he feels helpless because he does not possess the skills to face the crook yet, but silently pledges revenge ?
