Beom-soo , a traffic police officer happens to see Hyun-joo, a college woman crossing the street. A few days later, he meets her again by chance, where her car crashed against a tree without the driver license. Instead of fining her, he bring her to ground yard and teaches her how to drive. That makes them closer to each other, talking about their dreams. Beom-soo wishes to be a baseball umpire while Hyun-joo dreams of being an actress.
