Nica has been admitted to a nursing home for mental illness for the past four years, and has convinced her that she is a suspect in the murder of her entire family, not Chucky. But when her psychiatrist introduced a new treatment of "tools" - a familiar face doll, sanatoriums began a spate of deaths, Nica began to suspect that he is not mentally ill. Andy, a small boy who had been hunted down by Chucky for many years, grew up and decided to join forces with Nica to deal with Chucky. But before saving Nica, he has to knock down Chucky's wife, Tiffany.
