The film takes place before The Great War in Paris 1912. A 136 million year old pterodactyl egg within the museum of natural history hatches and wreaks havoc on the citizens of Paris, and it's up to Ade`le Blanc-Sec to investigate and stop it. Adele has been on a quest to find the Pharaoh's doctor in Egypt to save her little twin sister, Agathe who landed on an unfortunate incident while playing tennis with her.
