扎西旺堆是一位資深的藏族攝影師，1959年他曾到後藏的帕拉莊園（現稱班覺倫布村）拍攝過記錄片。30年後的今天，他再次回到帕拉莊園。

Zhaxi Wangdui is a veteran Tibetan photographer. In 1959, he made a documentary in the Phala Manor. Thirty years later, he returns to the Phala Manor.
This film, through Zhaxi Wangdui’s eyes, shows the life of a local named Cawan and his family and shows the new lives of former serfs. The magnificent Tsong Burg Castle and the traditional Darma Festival in Gyangze County are also impressive

A Family In Pagri
帕?鎮位於喜馬拉雅山脈第七峰珠穆拉熱（藏語意思為“神秘的少女”）腳下，有世界上最高的小鎮之稱。72歲的牧民拉瓊就生活在帕?鎮西邊海拔4800米左右的帕?高原上。本片忠實記錄了拉瓊一家在世界屋脊上鮮為人知的生活情況。
神秘的雪山、遼闊的草原和成群的?牛構成了獨特的高原風光，充滿了無窮的魅力。
Located at the foot of Dhaulagiri Mountain, Pagri is regarded as the highest town in the world. The 72-year-old herdsman Laqiong is living on the Pagri Highland which is 4,800 meters above sea level. This program records the life of Laqiong’s family.
The mysterious snowy mountains, vast grassland, and groups of yaks form a unique plateau scenery.
